Do you want your faith and/or spirituality to play a part in the healing process?
Perhaps you asking deeper questions regarding the meaning of your life or your destiny, or you are experiencing inner conflicts that are related to your spiritual background or beliefs. Or, quite the opposite, you may be experiencing a time of deeper awakening, hunger, awe, love, or gratitude.
Many people realize that spiritual and psychological dimensions of human existence go together, and therefore, seek someone who can address both areas equally. Not only did my training as a therapist incorporate the integration of psychology, spirituality, and theology; but in addition, I have experienced along my own journey, the transformational gift of focusing specifically on the spiritual aspects of being human.
Soul Care provides a safe and non-judgmental space to explore a deeper journey. It involves learning to stop, quiet the mind and become aware of the deep longings of the heart and -- ultimately --God's loving presence and guidance. As we sit together in a sacred space, our dialogue becomes a time of deep exploration and a gentle prodding of the spiritual life. Soul Care is not counseling or therapy, however, there may be overlap at times and likewise, can lead towards authentic transformation and/or healing and restoration in certain areas of our lives.
While my faith in Jesus Christ forms the foundation of my approach to Soul Care, I welcome, respect, and am mindful of all faith traditions; and will do my best to meet you where you're at on your spiritual journey.
Soul Care sessions are usually scheduled monthly. Fees for Soul Care sessions are the same as the standard fees for counseling.

Listen to your life. See it for the fathomless mystery it is. In the boredom and pain of it, no less than in the excitement and gladness: touch, taste, smell your way to the holy and hidden heart of it, because in the last analysis all moments are key moments and life itself is grace.
